PRIVACY STATEMENT
With this Privacy statement Alleyesonscreens d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the AEOS), Planinska 2, Zagreb, CROATIA, as the Data Controller protects demonstrate how we take care of the client's privacy in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 / EC (hereby: Regulation) and Croatian Law on the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (NN 42/2018). The AEOS Privacy statement discloses transparently and publicly the ways in which AEOS processes personal data solely in accordance with the principles of the Regulation.
PROCESSING PURPOSES, BASIS AND RETENTION
We process personal data for a few purposes:
• answering your messages sent either via email, phone or post
• in order to hopefully subscribe you through a business contract to use our services
• for providing services to our esteemed clients, and
• in case you send us your CV and accompanying data in order to become our employee.
Answering your messages we collect only the personal data you are willing to share and process it on the basis of your consent for as long it takes to give you information you need.
Should you be interested in our services, we shall process the necessary data, based on preparatory actions for service contract signing and keep them for as long it is necessary for the contract to be signed. Data processed is only data necessary for contract signing.
If you already use our services, we process your necessary personal data on the basis of the service contract, and keep your personal data for as long as the contract is valid and renewed. We shall delete your users' personal data within 60 days after the contract termination. Please note that personal data documented on contracts and invoices is processed for 11 years after the contract is terminated.
Should you send us your CV and accompanying information for recruitment purposes, whether according to announced vacancies or deliberately, we shall process your personal data in pursue of potential employment contract until we come to a final decision and either promote it to hiring or inform you that we are not interested and delete all your personal information within 14 days from the date of filling the vacant position. Should we find your skills interesting although you are not hired, we shall contact you and ask for your consent to keep the personal data for maximum of 12 months. Please note that during our processing you can send us a request to delete your personal information at any point, which we shall do immediately.

DATA RECIPIENTS
If you contact us for recruitment purposes, your personal data shall be processed by our distinguished partner who is processing your personal data as our Data Processor and is bound by Data Protection Agreement.
Please note:
• this Privacy statement applies for that processing too
• our partner is processing personal data collected by web cookies as independent Data Controller.
Finally, based on our legal obligations, personal data might be made available to representatives of the competent authorities if necessary.
